1. Who we are
Cellutech Technologies L.L.C-FZ (“CelluTech”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a technology company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We provide institutional software platforms, including CelluHospital, CelluPharma, CelluChart, CelluClass, CelluBooks, CelluStack, CelluAI and CelluCloud.

2. Scope and our role
This policy applies to www.cellutech.ae and CelluTech applications and services that link to it. When an institution provides a CelluTech service to its staff, patients, students, customers or other users, that institution normally determines why and how personal data is used. In that context, CelluTech processes data for the institution under its instructions and contract. Users of an institution-managed account should also review the institution’s privacy notice and may need to contact that institution first.
3. Data we may process
The information processed depends on the service and how it is configured. It may include:
- identity, contact, account and authentication information;
- professional, institutional, educational, healthcare, pharmacy, financial or operational information submitted by authorized customers and users;
- device, browser, log, security and usage information;
- support requests, feedback and other communications; and
- information required to meet contractual, security or legal obligations.
We do not ask users to send passwords, access codes, full medical records or other sensitive information through ordinary support email.
4. How we use data
- to provide, configure, maintain and support our services;
- to authenticate users and protect accounts, systems and institutions;
- to diagnose faults, monitor performance and improve reliability;
- to respond to enquiries and administer customer relationships;
- to comply with law, enforce agreements and protect legal rights; and
- for other purposes disclosed by the responsible institution or with appropriate authorization.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We may disclose data to the customer institution responsible for an account; vetted vendors that help us operate, secure or support a service; professional advisers; public authorities where legally required; or a successor in a legitimate corporate transaction. Such access is limited to the purpose for which it is provided and subject to appropriate obligations. CelluTech does not sell personal data for monetary consideration.
6. International processing and retention
Services may involve processing in countries other than the user’s location, depending on the customer’s deployment and approved service providers. Where required, we use contractual, technical and organizational safeguards for transfers. We retain personal data only as long as needed for the service, the customer’s instructions, security, dispute resolution and applicable legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect data, including access controls, authentication, monitoring and appropriate safeguards for data in transit and storage. No system can be guaranteed completely secure. Suspected security issues should be reported promptly to info@cellutech.ae.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and CelluTech’s role, individuals may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, or to withdraw consent. For institution-managed services, submit the request to the relevant institution. You may also contact us at info@cellutech.ae. We may verify identity and refer a request to the responsible institution.
9. Children
Some services may be used by schools, healthcare providers or other institutions serving children. In those cases, the institution is responsible for the required notices, permissions and parental or guardian consent. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal data independently for consumer marketing.
10. Website technologies and external links
Our website may use essential storage or similar technologies needed for security and operation. If optional analytics or cookies are introduced, we will provide appropriate information and choices. Links to third-party sites are governed by those parties’ privacy practices.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The current version will remain available at this permanent URL with its revision date.
